We went to the Lelooska Foundation in Ariel, Washington. Never having been there before, I wasn't sure what to expect. First I was blown away from the beauty of the area. Once in their Cultural Museum, we were guests to a show full of storytelling and dancing. The museum was chock full of Native American artifacts from across the country. If you haven't visited yet, I encourage you to do so. I know I will be bringing my family back there to experience the story of the Lelooska people from their mouths, not from books or the internet.
